1. List your Property for Sale in Bansko

Put it on the market. Agree a marketing price. We would ask for a copy of your Title Deeds and a set of keys for ease of viewings. At this point we will agree our terms and commission so you know what costs are involved.

2. Once a Buyer is Found

Once an offer has been made and a price has been agreed, the buyer then places a Reservation Deposit and a Reservation Agreement is signed.  The next stage is to prepare the closing documents. Your lawyer will do this for you. I can recommend some independent local lawyers or you can use your own lawyer. The lawyer will send you a package of documents which you will need to sign in Bulgarian embassy or before a Notary. Once documents are signed all you need to do is to post them over to Bulgaria.  On average it takes 3-4 weeks for your lawyer to have all the necessary legally required documentation prepared including a POA.

3. Completing the Sale

Your lawyer will arrange an appointment with a Notary and will sign the Notary Deed. At the time of signing the final payment is also made by the buyer to your nominated account. The Title Deeds and registration are transferred to the buyer’s name and they take responsibility of the property. That’s it!

Congratulations! You’ve sold your property in Bansko!
